1. Order Delivery

In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver your items due to an incorrect address provided by you or if the package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to the default return address. Upon such return, you will receive an email notification from us. We will hold the order for 28 days at no additional cost, during which time it is your responsibility to contact your customer to arrange re-delivery or provide updated address information.

2. 30 Days

All returns must happen within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for damaged or mislabeled items as well as exchanges for size-related issues within this timeframe.

3. Returns and Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, please ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing defects.

4. Damaged & Mislabeled Items

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or mislabeled item, customers are entitled to a free replacement. Customers should promptly reach out to us with a detailed description of the issue along with quality photos. Our customer service team will assist in resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement.

5. Buyer’s Remorse

Refunds are exclusively offered for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. However, it is at our discretion whether to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding your purchase.

6. Size Exchanges

Orders placed in the incorrect size are not eligible for refunds from Camp Hard. However, we understand that sizing can be tricky, and we are happy to offer exchanges for size-related issues. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for size exchanges.
